Bayern Munich coach Andries Jonker has numerous injury worries ahead of his debut against Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday.
With Arjen Robben and Holger Badstuber suspended, Jonker will not be satisfied at the end of his first week in charge since replacing Louis van Gaal to see Bastian Schweinsteiger and Franck Ribery check into the treatment room.
"I have too many question marks to be able to decide who plays or not," he said.
He has answered one question already, though, by announcing that former Leverkusen goalkeeper Hans-Jorg Butt will return between the posts.
Butt will take the place of 22-year-old Thomas Kraft, whose wobbly performance against Nurnberg last weekend effectively cost Van Gaal his job.
"I have got to ensure that Bayern qualify for the Champions League and I think that this chance is greater with Jorg Butt at the moment," he said.
"I think that he (Kraft) is very talented and he can achieve a great deal in his career, but I am not here to educate him."
Indeed, Jonker has just five games at the helm before passing the baton to Jupp Heynckes next season.
His task is to give Heynckes Champions League football, which is something Heynckes is on course to give to his current club Leverkusen, even if it is at the expense of his own personal future with Bayern.
"If we win, then nobody is going to take second place from us anymore and we will be in the Champions League again next season," he said.
"We are self-confident and strong enough to be able to say that we want to win in Munich.
