So their defense will have to play out of their skin if they want to make life easy for themselves. Look for right back Philip Lahm to keep a close watch on Valencia. The edge may come because United have the advantage of playing the second leg at home. They also have slightly easier games. Munich plays Stuttgart on Saturday and then host Manchester United on Tuesday. United play Birmingham on Saturday and then head to Munich for the match on Tuesday. It is the little things that could decide this tie.
